Customer Support
Resources to keep your facility going!

The difference between a good software company and a great software company is often found in customer support.

At GO, we strive to make support time pleasant, reliable and short. Nearly all calls to the support line are answered by a real live person.

When a message must be left, we do everything we can to return the call within the hour.

If you cannot find the answer you are looking for either in the GO Manual, the GO User's Forum or in the FAQs (below), please feel free to contact us toll-free at
800.841.7360.

What language is Garage Operator written in? Answer.

I am confused about receiving parts and the way to use shop supplies. What I would like to be able to keep track of is all the little items that will never show up on a customer's bill, like drop light bulbs, speedy dry, brake cleaner, etc. When I am receiving a part like that, should I receive it as a stocked part and then put "shop supply" under the keyword, or should I receive it as a shop supply? Answer.

How do GO's accounting functions work? Answer.

How do I write a warranty invoice in Garage Operator? Answer.
